A Denver-based paralegal, musician (performing and recording as Ghost Elvis), father, mentor, and Christian leader, Montoya positions himself as a principled conservative voice for Southwest Denver.
His platform emphasizes restoring law and order, holding Democrats accountable for rising crime and public safety failures in Colorado, and promoting Republican values at the state level. Key Themes in His Political Profile Public
Safety First: He highlights Colorado’s high crime rankings and attributes issues like gun violence and disorder directly to Democratic policies, calling for tougher enforcement and accountability.
